Life With Liz is Changing Thanks to VSG.

Life With Liz is a podcast I've dedicated to my journey with VSG. Never heard of it? I hadn't either.
Vertical sleeve gastrectomy is surgery to help with weight loss, among many things. The surgeon removes a large portion of the stomach. This new, smaller stomach is about the size of a banana. It limits the amount of food I will be able to eat by making me feel full after only eating small amounts of the right nutritional foods. But, IT IS NOT A QUICK FIX. This is a tool I will have to live with forever and will be helping me with several health issues I've been dealing with for many years now. My eating, drinking and life style choices will be forever changed. And this is only the beginning.
Join me on this journey - It's going to be wild.
